- Start up CamStudio. The icon is located on your desktop.
- When it's started the program should look like the picture on the right.
- CamStudio is a screencasting program. When it's running, it records all the things that happen on your screen. This is a good way to demonstrate how to run a program, or do something on your computer that's hard to describe in words.
- For this assignment, you are going to create screencasts that show how to do things in Excel.
- Some of the things that might get demonstrated are:
- Copy a cell with a formula to the next row.
- Color a row.
- Inserting a row or column.
- Change the alignment of the text in a cell.
- Setting the rules to highlight certain cells.
- Creating and using an Autotext entry.
- Creating a formula using a function.
- Making a chart.
- Using a constant.
- Using AND, NOT, or OR functions.
- Your screencasts should be
- a few minutes. How long will depend on the complexity of what you do, but it should be at least two minutes.
