Lining It All Up

Before you make your web page, make a rough sketch on a piece of paper to show where all the various parts of the assignment will be located. Make sure I see the sketch before you begin.

There are two final table commands you should know: ALIGN and VALIGN.
  • Both of these commands appear in the same brackets as the TD command.
  • They line up the text horizontally or vertically.
  • The ALIGN command lines up the text horizontally. It can be set as ALIGN=
    • left
    • right
    • or center.
  • The VALIGN command aligns the text vertically. It can be set as VALIGN=
    • top
    • bottom,
    • or center.
Your job is to recreate the table to the right. You may certainly pick your own colors for it (mine are pretty awful). Align your text in each cell the same way I did.
